Author Guideline

Criteria for Publication

  • Scientific Rigor: Manuscripts should be grounded in a clear hypothesis, utilize appropriate, statistically relevant methodology, and present robust data that support the study's conclusions.
  • Clarity and Readability: Submissions must be written in precise academic English and conform to the journal’s formatting and style requirements.
  • Novelty and Relevance: Articles must advance knowledge and be relevant to the journal’s readership. Case reports are considered only if they provide new insights or perspectives.

Manuscript Preparation

Format and Structure

Manuscripts are to be prepared following the provided template, with each major section beginning on a new page:

  1. Title Page
    • Article Title (≤40 characters for running head if necessary) [Size 16pt]
    • Full names of all authors [Size 11pt]
    • Institutional affiliations[Size 10pt]
    • Corresponding author’s contact details 
    • Funding sources
    • Four to six keywords, avoiding repetition of terms from the title
  2. Abstract
    • 200–250 words, one unbroken paragraph
    • No subheadings or abbreviations
    • Summary to include background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions
    • The abstract must be self-contained and should not mention the institution or location.
  3. Main Text [Size 10pt & UPERCASE]
    • Introduction: Outline the problem, relevant literature, study rationale, and objectives. Use present tense where applicable.
    • Materials and Methods: Provide comprehensive methodological details, including exact specifications, quantities, and generic names; use past tense. Limit the number of subheadings, mirror these in the results section, and specify statistical analyses. Results should not be presented in this section.
    • Results: Concisely present findings in the past tense, using tables and figures to avoid unnecessary repetition. Refrain from describing methods here.
    • Discussion: Critically interpret findings, highlight exceptions and lack of correlations, contextualize results in relation to existing work, discuss implications, and state conclusions explicitly.
  4. Acknowledgments [Size 10pt & UPERCASE]
    • Recognize non-author contributions or support, as appropriate.
  5. Tables 
    • Numbered in Roman numerals, with titles and captions as per journal template.
  6. Figures and Legends
    • Numbered consecutively, with appropriately formatted captions.
  7. References [Size 10pt & UPERCASE]
    • Adhere strictly to the journal’s referencing style.
