Reproducibility Policy

Data Sharing and Reproducibility Policy

The International Journal of Clinical Science and Medical Research (IJCSMR) is committed to upholding the highest standards of research transparency, reproducibility, and ethical integrity. To this end, authors are required to share underlying data and materials that substantiate their reported findings.

Data Sharing

Authors must deposit research data in reputable, accessible repositories (such as Zenodo, Dryad, or similar), contemporaneously with publication. Each manuscript should include a Data Availability Statement specifying the repository name, persistent identifiers (e.g., DOI), and access details. Where legal, ethical, or privacy constraints preclude full data sharing, authors must provide explicit justification within the manuscript.

Facilitating Reproducibility

Authors should ensure comprehensive documentation of research methods, software code, and relevant materials either via public repositories or as supplementary files. This facilitates independent verification and replication of results, thereby reinforcing scientific rigor.

Compliance and Accessibility

The editorial board will verify adherence to data sharing obligations as part of the peer review and editorial process. Failure to comply may result in manuscript rejection or issuance of post-publication corrections. Data supporting the published research should remain accessible for a minimum duration of five years following publication.
